Booking Instructions

After viewing the golf course information, date, and time provided on the website, customers can choose one of the following two options to book our services:

Option 1: Call the Hotline directly at 0964.525.999 for faster consultation and accurate information regarding tee time availability.

Option 2: Access the website golfbooking.com.vn to place a booking.

*Note: Other services not included in the tee time booking will be charged according to the golf course's policy.

When you book a service, our booking system will send you a confirmation via email. You need to pay for your booking before the play date using one of the following payment methods:

Online payment via bank cards: ATM cards or international credit cards.

The online payment method is fast and convenient for customers who want to book services in advance.

To pay for your Service booking

The system will redirect you to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions to pay for your service.

If the booking system is not connected to the online payment system, we will send you a link to proceed with the payment. Please follow the instructions to complete your booking payment.

If you do not pay for the service before the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your order.

Offline payment via bank cards: ATM cards or international credit cards.

When the online payment method is unavailable, we will send you a “Credit Card Authorization Form”. Please fill in all required information, sign the form, and send it back to us along with a copy of both sides of your card and a copy of your ID/Passport for guarantee.

In case you wish to use the card provided to us to pay for the service, we will collect the amount from your card on the due date. Please bring your card and present it to our staff at the time of receiving the service for cardholder verification. Otherwise, your booking must be paid with another card or in cash. We will then refund the payment to the original card used. This process may take some time (average 21 working days) before the amount appears in your card account.

If you wish to pay for the service using another card, please notify us. We will not collect the amount from the provided card. However, we will pre-authorize an amount equivalent to the booking rate from this card on the due date.

• We will collect the amount from the card you provided; if you do not show up on the play date (no-show), this amount will not be refunded.
• We require the customer paying at our office to be the cardholder.
• We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking if you do not provide sufficient information or if we do not receive your response before the payment deadline.

To make a payment via bank transfer:

This is a cardless payment method for customers who want to book tee times in advance.

We will send our bank account information to your email address.

Please transfer the exact amount to our bank account. In the transfer description, please clearly state the booking confirmation number (usually the code BCYY/xxxxx) and notify us so we can verify the payment.

We will contact you to confirm after receiving the payment.

If you do not pay for the Service before the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your order.

Direct payment method:

This is a flexible payment form for customers who come directly to our transaction office. Depending on the agreement, you will pay directly at the office before the service takes place.

Payment Security Policy:

We do not store any information related to the credit cards or bank accounts you use on the website through third-party payment gateways. The web-based card payment system provided by our payment gateway partners is legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the security standards of our payment gateway partners.
